摘　　要：目的:建立三香跌打损伤酒中马钱子碱和士的宁的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对三香跌打损伤酒中马钱子碱和士的宁进行含量测定。色谱柱为Gemini-NX C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-50mmol/L碳酸氢氨(氨水调节pH=9.5),梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为260nm。结果:马钱子碱和士的宁的线性范围分别为0.0106~1.06μg和0.0126~1.26μg,r均为0.9999,加样回收率分别为95.44%和95.02%,RSD<2%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于三香跌打损伤酒的质量控制。Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine brucine and strychnine in SanxiangDiedaSunshang Jiu.Methods:TheGemini-NX C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was CH3 CN-50 mmol/LNH,HCO3 solution(adjusting pH 9.5 with ammonia)at the flow rate of 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 30℃ (gradient elution).The detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results:The linear range of brucine and strychnine was at 0.010 6~1.06μg and0.012 6~1.26μg.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The average recovery was 95.44%and 95.02%,RSD was less than 2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of SanxiangDiedaSunshang Jiu.
