止嗽散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎疗效及对免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨止嗽散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎疗效及对免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法,将74例慢性支气管炎患者分为研究组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予西药联合穴位贴敷治疗,研究组在对照组基础上,给予止嗽散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察对患者免疫球蛋白(免疫球蛋白-M(IgM)、IgG、IgE)、肺功能(呼气末肺内功能残气量(FRC)、最大呼气峰流速值(PEF)、呼吸频率(RR))、血气分析指标(动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2)))的影响,比较疗效及治疗安全性。结果:用药后2个月,与对照组相比,联合组IgM、IgG、RR、PEF、PaO_(2)水平更高,IgE、FRC、PaCO_(2)水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为97.30%,与对照组91.89%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率2.70%,较对照组的27.03%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止嗽散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎,疗效理想,对免疫球蛋白影响小,可改善肺功能及血气分析功能,治疗安全性高。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhisou powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and its influence on immunoglobulin.Methods:According to the random number table method,74patients with chronic bronchitis were divided into a research group(n=37)and a control group(n=37).The comparison group was given western medicine combined with acupoint application therapy,and the combination group was given Zhishou powder plus acupoint application therapy on the basis of the control group.Observe the immune globulin(immunoglobulin-M (IgM),IgG,IgE),Pulmonary function[End-expiratory pulmonary functional residual volume(FRC),maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),respiratory frequency(RR)],blood gas analysis indexes[arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))],compare the efficacy and safety of treatment.Results:Two months after the treatment,compared with the control group,the research group had higher levels of IgM,IgG,RR,PEF,PaO_(2),and lower levels of IgE,FRC,PaCO_(2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 97.30%,and compared with91.89%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The adverse reaction rate in the research group was 2.70%,which was lower than the 27.03%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhisou powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic bronchitis has an ideal curative effect,has a small effect on immunoglobulin,can improve lung function and blood gas analysis function,and has high treatment safety.
