补肾祛瘀法论治肾虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾祛瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将82例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各41例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,治疗组则增加中医补肾祛瘀疗法。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、心绞痛发作情况及不良反应。结果:经过治疗,治疗组临床总有效率(95.12%)明显高于对照组(75.61%),且治疗组患者的血脂水平、中医证候积分、心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医补肾祛瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,化瘀降浊方能有效调节患者血脂水平,缓解心绞痛症状,效果确切,且安全性较高,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy for invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis.Methods:82 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 41 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with the method of tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels,angina pectoris and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(75.61%),and the patient’s blood lipid index level,TCM syndrome score,number of angina pectoris episodes,angina pectoris duration and other indicators were improved compared with the control group significant,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction can effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients and relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris.The effect is significant and the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical reference.
