“癌毒传舍”新认识及其在肺癌复发转移防治中的应用

摘　　要："传舍"源自《内经》,周仲瑛教授首倡"癌毒"学说,"癌毒传舍"是现代中医认识肿瘤复发转移的一种理论,刘华教授关于"癌毒传舍"新认识如下:"癌毒形成,亦禀自先天""传舍"之"舍"含肿瘤复发,"癌毒"挟"痰"而易"传",裹"瘀"而易"舍"。"癌毒传舍"理论应用于防治肺癌复发转移,核心理念是以和为贵,以平为期,治疗原则为扶正抗癌,防"传"拒"舍";脾肾互赞,先后相资;或化或消,以祛他邪;治疗重点在病证结合,中西医相辅,诸法相成。This article introduces new view of “cancer toxin’s dissemination and setting down”.“Inheritance” is one of the factors of cancer toxin’s formation and meaning of “setting down” include recurrence.The treatment philosophy is that seeking for the harmony of the body,and the treatment methods are to reinforce healthy Qi,anti-cancer toxic and eliminate the other pathogenic factors;the points of treatment are combination of differentiation of disease and syndrome,cooperation of Chinese and Western therapy,and mutual integration of all methods.
