摘　　要：肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前,肝癌治疗的难点在于如何预防肝癌的复发和转移、提高患者的生活质量和生存期、减轻西医治疗的毒副作用等。以中医理论为指导,结合现代医学研究,提出肝癌的发病以正虚血瘀为根本,脾虚、血瘀是贯穿肝癌病程始终的基本病机。肝癌的临床表现均具有"脾虚血瘀"证候,健脾活血法作为治疗肝癌的重要方法,既能扶助正气,又能祛除致病因素和病理产物,符合中医学未病先防的治疗思想,对于增强患者免疫力,抑制肿瘤生长、复发、转移具有一定的理论基础。对健脾活血法治疗肝癌进行理论探析,对充分发挥中医药预防肝癌复发转移具有重要的现实意义,可以为肝癌的临床治疗提供思路。Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors.At present,the difficulty in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma lies in how to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma,improve the quality of life and survival of patients,and reduce the side effects of western medicine treatment.Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern medical research,the article puts forward that the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma is based on spleen deficiency and blood stasis.Spleen deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma.The clinical manifestations of hepatocellular carcinoma have the syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.Invigorating the spleen and activating blood circulation as an important method for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma,It can not only help Qi,but also can remove pathogenic factors and pathological products,In line with the traditional Chinese medicine on the early disease prevention mode of thinking.Invigorating the spleen and activating blood circulation as an important method for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma has a certain theoretical basis for enhancing the immunity of patients and inhibiting tumor growth,recurrence and metastasis,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with traditional Chinese medicine.The article discusses Theoretical on the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Invigorating spleen and Activating Blood Circulation Method which is of great practical significance to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing the recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.It can provide ideas for the clinical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
