摘　　要：骶髂关节错缝被认为是引起急、慢性下腰痛的重要原因,"筋出槽、骨错缝"是中医骨伤科学的重要理论之一,两者之间存在必然联系。而今,随着骶髂关节源性下腰痛发病率的逐年上升,该疾病也不断受到医学界重视。临床上对骶髂关节错缝的治疗方法多种多样,但因其病变特性,手法治疗仍然作为主要的治疗手段,而"筋出槽、骨错缝"理论不仅是基本病机,更是手法治疗的理论基础。分别从单纯手法治疗、器械辅助下手法治疗、其他疗法联合手法三方面探讨其研究进展及意义。Sacroiliac joint dislocation is considered to be an important cause of acute and chronic low back pain,the theory of“tendon off-position and joint subluxation”is one of the important pathogenesis of bone injury science in traditional Chinese medicine,and there is an inevitable connection between the two.Nowadays,with the increasing incidence of low back pain caused by sacroiliac joint dislocation,sacroiliac arthrogenic low back pain has attracted medical attention.Clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation is varied,but due to its pathological characteristics,manual treatment is still the main treatment,the theory of“tendon off-position and joint subluxation”is not only the basic pathogenesis,but also the theoretical basis of manipulative treatment in the science of bone injury of traditional Chinese medicine.Now the author discusses its research progress and significance from the aspects of simple manipulation therapy,instrumental-assisted manipulation therapy and other combined manipulation therapy.
