摘　　要：中药药物警戒是在中医药理论指导下融合中医传统安全用药知识与现代药物警戒的方法论,是开展中药临床药学服务行为指南,有力地保障了临床的安全用药,极大地促进了中医药行业的发展。主要分析论证中药临床药学在临床实践中的应用,药物风险和安全评价以及中药临床药师所应遵循的实践指南之间的关系,进而阐释中药临床药师与药物警戒体系的建立与完善、临床合理用药、处方合理性的审核、临床用药的监护以及用药与科普宣教之间的紧密性、必要性、重要性及实践性。由此论证开展药物警戒工作,对促进中药药物警戒研究,提升一线医务工作者的中药临床药学安全观与合理用药,进而保证临床用药安全及有效具有重要的前瞻性作用及实践指导意义。Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacovigilance is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge of safe medication and modern pharmacovigilance under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It is a behavioral guide for the development of clinical pharmacy services of traditional Chinese medicine.It strongly guarantees the safe clinical use of medicines and greatly promotes the development of the Chinese medicine industry.development of.This article mainly analyzes and demonstrates the application of TCM clinical pharmacy in clinical practice,the relationship between drug risk and safety evaluation,and the practice guidelines that TCM clinical pharmacists should follow,and then explains the establishment and improvement of TCM clinical pharmacists and the pharmacovigilance system.Reasonable drug use,review of the rationality of prescriptions,monitoring of clinical drug use,and the closeness,necessity,importance and practicality of drug use and popular science education.This demonstrates that the development of pharmacovigilance work has important prospective and practical guiding significance for promoting traditional Chinese medicine pharmacovigilance research,improving the clinical pharmacy safety concept of traditional Chinese medicine and rational drug use of front-line medical workers,and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical drugs.
