摘  要:频响函数子结构综合方法是工程设计的重要途径。对于子结构综合方法中界面转角自由度不匹配问题,本文采用界面刚性等效方法解决该问题。对于工程中常见的圆柱壳结构,本文通过数值仿真和试验研究验证了该方法在此类结构中获取转角自由度信息的可行性。将估计得到的与转角自由度相关的频响函数结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,结果表明界面刚性等效方法具有较高的计算精度,可用于频响函数子结构综合方法。Substructure synthesis method based on frequency response function is an important way of engineering design.This study employs the equivalent multi-point connection(EMPC)method to solve the problem of the mismatch of the rotational degree of freedom of the interface in the substructure synthesis method.The feasibility of this method for the estimation of frequency response function of rotational degree of freedom in cylindrical shell structures is verified by numerical simulation and experimental study.Frequency response functions related to rotational degree of freedom calculated by the EMPC method are compared with results of finite element simulation.Results show that the EMPC method has high accuracy and can be used in the substructure synthesis method based on frequency response function.
