宫腔镜下输卵管通液治疗不孕不育症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察宫腔镜下输卵管通液术治疗不孕不育症的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月我院治疗的不孕不育症患者92例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规输卵管通液术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液术治疗。比较两组术中指标、受孕时间、输卵管通畅程度、并发症及妊娠情况。结果观察组受孕时间(7.83±1.24)月短于对照组的(11.25±1.70)月(t=11.024,P<0.001),输卵管通畅率(95.65%)高于对照组(82.61%)(χ^(2)=4.039,P=0.045)、宫内妊娠率78.26%高于对照组54.35%(χ^(2)=5.887,P=0.015),并发症总发生率(2.17%)低于对照组17.39%(χ^(2)=4.434,P=0.014)差异均有统计学意义。结论不孕不育症患者采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液术治疗能够提升输卵管疏通效果,缩短受孕时间,提高患者妊娠成功率,减少并发症,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic salpingo fluid infusion therapy for infertility.Methods A total of 92 cases of infertility treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional tubal fluid therapy,and the observation group was treated by the hysteroscopic salpingo fluid infusion therapy.The operation parameters,time of conception,degree of tubal patency,complications and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the average time of conception was(7.83 ± 1.24)months,which was shorter than that in the control group:(11.25 ± 1.70) months,(t =11.024,P < 0.001).The rate of tubal patency in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that in the control group:82.61%(χ^(2)= 4.039,P =0.045).The intrauterine pregnancy in the observation group was 78.26%,which was higher than that in the control group:54.35%(χ^(2)= 5.887,P = 0.015).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%,which was lower than that in the control group:17.39% and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)= 4.434,P = 0.014).Conclusion The hysteroscopic salpingo fluid infusion therapy for infertile patients can improve the effect of tubal dredging,shorten the time of conception,improve pregnancy rate,reduce complications,and ensure safe and reliable clinical application.
