摘 要:以液体聚硫橡胶为基胶,二氧化硅为补强填料,研究了聚合物微球对聚硫密封剂硫化过程、力学性能及耐电弧腐蚀性能的影响。通过力学性能试验、耐电弧试验对比了常温、100℃*168h燃油浸泡及60℃*168h水浸泡条件下密封剂材料的性能变化。试验结果为:液体聚硫橡胶中添加聚合物微球对,密封剂的硫化过程无较大影响,但力学性能及耐电弧腐蚀性能下降;100℃*168h燃油浸泡.609℃*168h水浸泡后密封剂材料的耐电弧腐蚀性能可明显提高。表明常温时,配方中添加聚合物微球会降低密封剂的耐电弧腐蚀性,但在一定试验环境下,会增强密封剂的耐电弧腐蚀性能。The effect of polymer microspheres on the curing process,mechanical properties and anti-arc erosion of polysulfide sealant is studied with the liquid polysulfide rubber as binder and the SiO:as reinforcing agent.The effects of nonnal temperature,100℃*168h fuel oil immersion and 60℃*168h water immersion on the performances of polysulfide sealant are compared through the mechanical property test and anti-arc erosion test.The results are showed as follows:the polymer microspheres have no significant effect on the curing process of the sealant;but the properties of mechanical and anti-arc erosion decrease at nonnal temperature.The anti-are erosion properties of sealant is significantly improved after 100℃*168h fuel oil immersion or 60℃*168h water immersion.It is indicated that the polymer microspheres can make the anti-arc erosion property of sealant decline at normal temperature,however in certain environment it can enhance the anti-arc erosion property.
