摘 要:对国内外主要几个胶粘剂单搭接拉伸剪切强度试验方法(金属对金属)标准进行了对比,并总结了各标准之间的相似和差异。发现随着加载速度和被粘试片厚度的增加,胶粘剂强度和试样拉伸模量都会有所提高,但数据的标准偏差会有所增加。随着试样长度及搭接长度的增加,试样的拉伸剪切强度会有较大提高.但拉伸模量会降低很多,数据的平行性会有所改善。对同一种产品进行研究或检验时,应选用更符合产品设计的相应标准并始终采用同一标准进行测试。Some different test methods and standards at home and abroad are compared which are used for testing the single lap tensile and shear strength of adhesive.The similarities and differences between the standards are summarized.According to the results of many tests and researches,it is found that with the increase of loading speed and thickness of adherend,the strength and tensile modulus of adhesive is improved,however the standard deviation of data also increase.With the increase of specimen length and lap length,the tensile and shear strength of specimen is enhanced greatly,however the tensile modulus decreases a lot,and the parallelism of data is improved to some extent.When test or study the same product,choosing a standard which is more suitable for the product design is recommended,and the identical standard should he adopted from the beginning to the end.
