摘 要:表面微织构具有改变摩擦表面润滑状态的特点,已在齿轮传动中获得了应用。开展沟槽形状的微织构对齿轮润滑的影响研究。首先,对微织构齿面齿轮进行参数化建模,实现自动生成理想的沟槽;然后,将微沟槽织构简化为两种模型,导入ANSYS的Fluent模块中,并分别对沟槽不同的参数(如:沟槽宽度、深度、角度、间距)进行分析。结果表明:随着沟槽宽度的增大,承载能力增强;微沟槽深度对润滑压力的影响存在一最优值;适当的增大沟槽间距、微沟槽角度可提高润滑脂的流动性和连续性,从而增进和保持润滑效果。The surface micro-texture has the characteristic of changing the lubrication state of the friction surface,and has been applied in gear transmission.In this paper,the effect of groove shape micro-texture on gear lubrication is studied.First,the secondary development of micro-textured tooth surface gears is used to automatically generate ideal grooves.Then the micro-groove texture is simplified into two models,which can be imported into the Fluent module of ANSYS in order to analyze the different parameters of the groove(such as groove width,depth,angle,and spacing).The numerical results show that as the width of the groove increases,the carrying capacity increases.The influence of the depth of micro grooves on the lubrication characteristics is non-linear,with an optimal value.Properly increasing the groove spacing and the angle of the micro grooves can improve the fluidity and continuity of the lubricating oil,thereby improving and maintaining the lubrication effect.This article lays a theoretical foundation for further application of micro-textured gears.
