摘　　要：韧性城市建设是应对当前城市出现的各种问题和风险的有效手段,而既有研究对城市副中心韧性城市建设的探讨相对有限。基于国内外研究和当前实际,将数字技术与韧性城市建设进行融合,并从社会韧性、环境韧性、组织韧性和经济韧性四个维度,以北京城市副中心为例,系统分析了四个维度发展的现状和问题,讨论数字平台对韧性城市各个维度的优化和嵌入路径,以期为北京城市副中心的发展和韧性城市建设提供借鉴。The construction of resilient city is an effective means to deal with various problems and riskseffectively,while the current discussion on the construction of resilient city is limitedin urban sub center. Based on the current reality at home and abroad,we integrate digital technology with resilient cities,examine the current situation and problems of the development systematically,usingfour dimensions of social resilience,environmental resilience,organizational resilience and economic resilience,taking Beijing Sub Center as an example,discuss the optimization and embedding path of the digital platform to each dimension of resilient cities. It provides a reference for the development of Beijing Sub-Center and the construction of a resilient city.
