摘　　要：Gaga技术是由以色列巴切瓦舞团(Batsheva Dance Company)前艺术总监奥哈德·纳哈林(Ohad Naharin)所开发的一种舞蹈运动语言,它与巴切瓦舞者的日常训练和纳哈林自身的编舞方式密不可分。历经近三十年发展至今,Gaga已成为一种各国舞者都在使用的训练方法。本文通过笔者参与的为期九周的Gaga课堂全程记录以及笔者的具体经验,探讨和分析了Gaga作为训练技术的教学内容及其教学方式。以即兴为根本的Gaga技术,为当下舞蹈即兴在舞者训练和编舞过程中的应用提供了具有价值的参考。Gaga technique is a movement language developed by Ohad Naharin, the former artistic director of Batsheva Dance Company, Israel. It is closely connected with the daily training of Batsheva dancers and is also the choreography concept used by Ohad Naharin. After nearly 30 years of development, Gaga has become a world-renowned method. Through the author’s first-hand experience by participating in a nine-week Gaga camp in London, this paper discusses and analyzes the teaching content and methods of Gaga technique. Gaga based on improvisation provides a valuable reference for the application of dance improvisation in dancer training and choreography.
