摘 要:轻质条板在民用建筑和一般工业建筑中的非承重隔墙中得到广泛应用,但其轻质特性可能会导致隔声性能降低。本文从建筑隔声量计算的基本原理出发,依据《民用建筑隔声设计规范(征求意见稿)》的相关要求,分析不同厚度规格的轻质条板在各类建筑场景下的应用,和现行建筑行业标准《建筑隔墙用轻质条板通用技术要求》对实心条板和复合条板的面密度和隔声量要求,并根据隔声计算理论计算了不同面密度的轻质条板的隔声量。计算结果表明,对于实心条板,较小厚度(≤150 mm)规格的轻质条板一般可以满足隔声要求,高厚度(≥180 mm)规格的轻质条板很难在满足最大面密度限值的条件下,同时达到标准对其的隔声量的要求;对于复合条板,若没有采用分离式的复合结构,由于其面密度的限值更小,隔声量更难满足标准要求。Lightweight panel are widely used in non-bearing partition walls in civil buildings and general industrial buildings, but their lightweight characteristics may undermine the sound insulation performance. Starting from the basic principle of building sound insulation calculation, according to the relevant requirements of the Code for Sound Insulation Design of Civil Buildings(Draft for Comments), this paper analyzes the application of lightweight panel with different thickness specifications in various building scenes, and the requirements of the current construction industry standard “General Technical Requirements for Lightweight panel for Building Partition” on the area density and sound insulation of solid panels and composite panels, and calculates the sound insulation of lightweight panel with different area density according to the sound insulation calculation theory. The results show that solid panel with smaller thickness(≤150 mm) can generally meet the requirements of sound insulation, while lightweight panel with greater thickness(≥180 mm) can hardly meet the sound insulation requirements of the standard under the condition of the maximum area density limit. If separated composite structure is not applied in lightweight panels, it will be more difficult for the sound insulation performance to meet the standard requirements as the limit value of the area density is smaller.
