摘  要:随着经济和社会的进步,村镇住宅的可持续发展已成为村镇建设的1个重要环节。本文通过对寒冷地区现有村镇住宅进行实地调研并在冬季对典型村镇住宅主要功能空间进行热环境测试,总结目前寒冷地区村镇住宅基本情况。研究发现寒冷地区现有村镇住宅在较高的成本造价下,整体设计和围护结构仍存在较多节能不利因素。而阳光间的使用可以有效对室内进行保温和除湿,但区别于高原地区村镇住宅,寒冷地区村镇住宅阳光间在白天对室内更多地起到保温隔热作用而不是加热作用。本研究为今后寒冷地区村镇住宅的大规模优化改造提供了一定的借鉴和指导。With the progress of the economy and society, the sustainable development of rural residential buildings has become an important task of the development of the rural area. By carrying out an on-site investigation of existing rural residential buildings in cold region and thermal environment tests on the main functional spaces of typical rural residential buildings in winter, this paper summarizes the current conditions and indoor thermal environment in winter. The results show that the overall design and envelope structure of existing residential buildings in cold region still have many disadvantages in energy conservation with a higher cost. The use of sunspace can effectively heat and dehumidify the room, but different from that in plateau areas, the sunspace in cold areas plays a role of heat preservation and heat insulation during the day instead of heating. This research provides a certain reference and guidance for the scale optimization and renovation of rural residential buildings in cold region in the future.
