摘　　要：商品材是指市场流通的木质材料,是人类赖以生存的基本生产资料和生活资料。重新认识商品材产业,研究商品材内涵和外延,是新形势下国民经济发展的战略需要,是保障国家木材安全、促进碳达峰和碳中和、实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。文中从商品材的基本概念出发,回顾中华人民共和国成立以来我国商品材体系发展的历史沿革,分析商品材在分类、用途、仓储、流通等方面的发展现状,阐明新时期重塑商品材产业的重大意义,提出完善商品材国家产业体系、质量体系、技术体系的具体措施。研究成果对指导生态保护与利用并重、优化林草产业结构、实现高质量健康发展具有重要作用。Commercial timber is the wood materials circulating in the market, and it is also the basic resources for production and living, which humans rely on for survival. Re-recognizing commercial timber industry and studying its connotation and extension have been a strategic need of national economic development under the new situation and also an important means to ensure wood security, promote carbon peak and carbon neutralization and realize rural revitalization. In view of the basic concept of commercial timber, this paper reviews the historical evolution of commercial timber system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, analyzes the development status of commercial timber in classification,application, storage and circulation, expounds the essential significance of recreating commercial timber industry in the new era, and proposes specific measures to improve the national industrial system, quality system and technical system of commercial timber. The research would play an important role in guiding the equal development of ecological protection and resources utilization, optimizing forest and grass industrial structure and realizing high-quality and healthy development.
