摘 要:目的了解海南省广州管圆线虫中间宿主感染现状,为继续开展防治工作提供科学依据。方法2018—2019年,按海南省的地理方位和水系分布,抽取与2006年一致的5个调查点,采集广州管圆线虫中间宿主螺蛳,以“肺检法”结合“匀浆法”检测中间宿主并查找广州管圆线虫幼虫。结果2018—2019年,在5个调查点共检测野外采集螺蛳1597只,广州管圆线虫幼虫平均感染率为6.39%(102/1597)。其中福寿螺、褐云玛瑙螺、蜗牛和蛞蝓感染率分别为7.95%(43/541)、6.45%(34/527)、15.91%(7/44)和3.71%(18/485)。福寿螺感染率琼中县较高为9.57%(11/115),海口较低为4.90%(5/102),各地感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.63,P>0.05)。褐云玛瑙螺的感染率儋州市较高为16.50%(17/103),三亚市最低为0.95%(1/105)。各地感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.89,P<0.05)。蜗牛感染率儋州市最高为33.33%(5/15),三亚市最低为0,各地感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.06,P<0.01)。蛞蝓感染率琼海市最高为9.43%(10/106),三亚市最低为0。各地感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=154.54,P<0.01)。农贸市场抽样检查中间宿主福寿螺521只,感染率为5.57%(29/521),其中儋州市感染率最高为8.57%(9/105),琼海市感染率最低为2.68%(3/112),各片区调查点间感染率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.264,P>0.05)。结论海南省广州管圆线虫主要中间宿主褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺广州管圆线虫感染率明显下降,但局部地区褐云玛瑙螺感染率仍然偏高,今后宜继续开展健康教育和加强对中间宿主的监测,预防广州管圆线虫病的传播和流行。Objective To inspect the intermediate host infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Hainan province after ten years of control,and provide the basis for drawing up adequate strategy of prevention and control.Methods From 2018 to 2019,five survey points were random sampled according to the position and distribution of rivers in Hainan,2006.The larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were identified with homogenization and lung dissection methods.Results A total of 1597 intermediate hosts were detected in the field,2018-2019.The mean infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis larve was 6.39%(102/1597).The infection rate of Pomacea canaliculata,Achatina fulica,Snail and Limax were 7.95%(43/541),6.45%(34/527),15.91%(7/44)and 3.71%(18/485).The highest infection rate of Pomacea canaliculata was found in Qiongzhong,which was 9.57%(11/115).The lowest infection rate was found in Haikou,which was 4.90%(5/102).There was no significant difference in infection rate among survey points(χ^(2)=5.63,P>0.05).The highest infection rate of Achatina fulica was found in Danzhou,which was 16.50%(17/103).The lowest infection rate was found in Sanya,which was 0.95%(1/105).There was statistical significance among survey points(χ^(2)=12.87,P<0.05).The highest infection rate of Snail was found in Danzhou,which was 33.33%(5/15).The lowest infection rate was found in Sanya,which was 0.There was statistical significance among survey points(χ^(2)=17.06,P<0.01).The highest infection rate of Limax was found in Qionghai,which was 9.43%(10/106).The lowest infection rate was found in Sanya,which was 0.There was statistical significance among survey points(χ^(2)=154.54,P<0.01).Totally 521 Pomacea canaliculata were sampled in the market.The infection rate was 5.57%(29/521).Danzhou had the highest infection rate of 8.57%(9/105)and Qionghai had the lowest infection rate of 2.68%(3/112).There was no significant difference in the infection rate among survey points(χ^(2)=3.264,P>0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of Achatina fulica and Pomacea ca
