摘　　要：结合本单位近年来对水泥产品质量国家监督抽查结果、各省及本省市水泥质量监督抽查结果、日常委托检测结果,对水泥产品质量、监督中存在的问题进行了全面的阐述和分析。总体表现在粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥的不合格率较高、氯离子和水溶性铬(Ⅵ)项目不合格率较高,以及流通领域专项监督抽查不合格率较高。存在企业强化质量意识不强、未严格执行国家标准、追求短期利益、标准宣贯不到位等情况,并从监管、技术、帮扶、产业等方面出发,对如何提高我国水泥产品质量提出建议。Based on the results of national supervision and spot check of cement product quality in recent years,the results of spot check of cement quality supervision in various provinces and cities,and the results of daily commission test,this paper comprehensively expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the quality and supervision of cement products.Overall,the unqualified rate of fly ash Portland cement is higher,the unqualified rate of chloride ion and water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ)project is higher,and the unqualified rate of special supervision and sampling in the field of circulation is higher.There are such situations as enterprises weak awareness of strengthening quality,lack of strict implementation of national standards,pursuit of short-term interests,and insufficient standard implementation.Suggestions on how to improve the quality of cement products in China from the aspects of supervision,technology,assistance and industry.
