摘 要:桑黄是一种较为稀缺的食药用真菌,含有多种活性成分,其中黄酮类化合物是桑黄的关键药效成分。忍冬桑黄的黄酮类化合物研究较少,利用超声波辅助乙醇溶液提取忍冬桑黄菌丝体中总黄酮,通过单因素试验分析了超声时间、超声功率、液料比、乙醇浓度对黄酮提取得率的影响,并利用Box-Behnken组合设计和响应面优化获得了忍冬桑黄菌丝体中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件:超声时间60 min、超声功率278 W、乙醇浓度92%、液料比49.5 mL/g。经验证,在该条件下,忍冬桑黄菌丝体总黄酮的提取得率为14.6 mg/g,是采用单纯乙醇提取法得率的3.3倍。Sanghuangporus is a rare medicinal fungus,which contains a variety of active ingredients,among which flavonoids play an important role.There are few studies on flavonoids from S.lonicericola.In this work,the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction of total flavonoids from the S.lonicericola mycelia was studied.The effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,liquid-solid ratio and ethanol concentration on the yield of flavonoids were analyzed by single factor experiment.The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from S.lonicericola were determined by Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time 60 min,ultrasonic power 278 W,liquid-solid ratio 49.5 mL/g,ethanol concentration 92%.The actual yield of total flavonoids from S.lonicericola was 14.6 mg/g under the optimized conditions,which was 3.3 fold compared with the control.
