摘  要:近年来,等温扩增技术(isothermal amplification technology)凭借恒温条件下对核酸高效率扩增的优势在病原体检测领域展现出了巨大的潜力。疟疾与巴贝虫病作为两类严重危害人类健康的寄生虫病在临床表现与诊断方式上相似,存在误诊的风险。同时,这两类寄生虫病可通过血液传播。因此,高效、快速的检测技术对疟疾与巴贝虫病的诊断和保证血液制品安全有重要的意义。本文对现有针对疟原虫与巴贝虫的环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)、重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(recombinase polymerase amplification,RPA)、重组酶介导等温扩增技术(recombinase-aided amplification,RAA)以及依赖解旋酶等温扩增技术(helicase-dependent amplification,HDA)等四类等温扩增技术的原理、特点及检测方式进行综述并对其应用前景进行展望。In recent years,isothermal amplification technology has shown great potential in the field of pathogen detection by virtue of its advantages in high-efficiency amplification of nucleic acids under constant temperature conditions.Malaria and Babesia,as two types of parasitic diseases that seriously endanger human health,have similar clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods.Two types of parasitic diseases are at risk of misdiagnosis.At the same time,these two types of parasitic diseases can be spread through blood.Therefore,efficient and rapid detection technology is of great significance for the diagnosis of malaria and Babesiosis and ensuring the safety of blood products.In this paper,four types of isothermal amplification techniques,including loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),recombinase polymerase amplificatio(RPA),recombinase-aided amplification(RAA)and helicase-dependent amplification(HDA)for Plasmodium and Babesia,are reviewed in this article.The principle,characteristics and detection methods of technology are reviewed and their application prospects are prospected.
