摘　　要：周世逑先生是我国行政管理学科恢复与发展的推动者、奠基者之一。梳理和回顾周世逑先生在行政管理学领域的学术论著,挖掘周先生的行政管理学术思想,对加快推进具有中国特色的行政管理学科发展具有重要意义。围绕中国特色行政管理学理论体系构建、以中国现实问题为导向的行政学议题研究、理论与实践相结合的方法论践行三个方面,探讨周先生在学科体系、研究议题与研究方法论上做出的贡献,有利于更好地推进学科传承与学术创新。Zhou Shiqiu is one of the promoters and founders in recovering and developing Administration Science in China.It is of great significance to accelerate the development of Administration Science with Chinese characteristics by reviewing Zhou Shiqiu’s academic monograph and digging administrative thought.Focused on the system construction of administrative theory with Chinese characteristics,administrative issues research oriented by the Chinese national conditions,methodology implementation combined theory with practice,discussing Zhou’s contribution on the discipline system,research issues and research methodology,is conducive to better promote the discipline inheritance and academic innovation.
