摘 要:疫苗中合理使用佐剂具有增强免疫反应、延长免疫时间、减少抗原用量、克服在某些人群中免疫反应有限等优势。佐剂来源多种多样,微生物是其重要来源之一。微生物来源的佐剂具有显著促进免疫应答、稳定性高、易获取等优点。目前临床上广泛应用的微生物来源的疫苗佐剂包括卡介苗、病毒颗粒、CpG-DNA、脂质A衍生物等。该文主要从微生物本身作佐剂、微生物代谢产物作佐剂和微生物核酸佐剂三个层面,分别阐述了它们的免疫机制及其临床应用进展,以期为微生物来源的疫苗佐剂研发提供参考。The proper application of adjuvants in vaccines has the advantages of enhancing the immune response,prolonging the immune time,reducing the amount of antigen and overcoming the limited immune response in certain populations.There are many sources of adjuvants,and microorganism is one of the important sources.Microbial-derived adjuvants have the advantages of significantly promoting immune response,high stability and easy availability.At present,the widely used microbial vaccine adjuvants in clinical applications include BCG,virus particles,CpG-DNA,lipid A derivatives and so on.In this paper,the immune mechanism and clinical application progress of microbial adjuvants,microbial metabolites adjuvants and microbial nucleic acid adjuvants were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development of vaccine adjuvants derived from microorganisms.
