腺体瓣成型法乳腺区段切除术与病灶区段切除术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较腺体瓣成型法乳腺区段切除术和病灶区段切除术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的效果。方法抽取2017年10月至2020年11月郑州市第六人民医院收治的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者86例,按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用病灶区段切除术,观察组采用腺体瓣成型法乳腺区段切除术。比较两组治疗效果、乳房外观满意度、并发症发生率及复发率。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),P<0.05;观察组乳房外观满意度为90.70%(39/43),高于对照组的69.77%(30/43),P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率为9.30%(4/43),低于对照组的25.58%(11/43),P<0.05;观察组复发率为6.98%(3/43),低于对照组的23.26%(10/43),P<0.05。结论与病灶区段切除术比较,腺体瓣成型法乳腺区段切除术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎可提高治疗效果及乳房外观满意度,且安全性高,复发率低。Objective To compare the efficacy of glandular valvular segmentectomy and focal segmental mastectomy on non-lactation mastitis.Methods A total of 86 non-lactating mastitis patients admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People’s Hospital from October 2017 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with focal segmental mastectomy,and the observation group was treated with glandular valvular segmentectomy.The treatment effect,breast appearance satisfaction,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of breast appearance in the observation group was 90.70%(39/43),which was higher than 69.77%(30/43)in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 9.30%(4/43),which was lower than 25.58%(11/43)in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.98%(3/43),which was lower than 23.26%(10/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with focal segmental mastectomy,glandular valvular segmentectomy for non-lactation mastitis can improve the therapeutic effect and the satisfaction of breast appearance,it have safety and low recurrence rate.
