聚氨酯型高分子皮革涂饰剂的研究

摘　　要：以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二醇1000、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺、酸性红B,制备生成了聚氨酯型高分子皮革涂饰剂,并进行了性能测试分析。结果发现,紫外可见光范围之内发生了和红色水性聚氨酯型高分子染料、酸性红B结构相关的吸收峰;预聚反应时的最佳G值(—NCO∶—OH)为3∶1、最佳总G值为1.1;染料乳液膜耐热性能良好;染料着色的涂层耐干擦色牢度、耐湿擦色牢度、耐洗色牢度、耐色迁移性都已经达到了5级标准,色牢度表现非常优异;染料乳液的冷冻稳定性与高温稳定性良好。Polyurethane polymer leather finishing agent was prepared with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate,polypropylene glycol 1000,2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid,triethylamine and acid red B,and its properties were tested and analyzed.It is found that there are absorption peaks related to the structure of red waterborne polyurethane polymer dye and acid red B in the UV-vis range.The optimum G value(—NCO:—OH)of prepolymerization reaction is 3∶1 and the optimum total G value is 1.1.The dye emulsion film has good heat resistance,the color fastness to dry rubbing,wet rubbing,washing and color migration of the dye colored coating have reached grade 5 standard,and the color fastness is very excellent,the stability and high temperature stability of dye emulsion are good.
