摘  要:研究了香蕉纤维的活性红3BS染色工艺。分析了染料浓度、氯化钠用量、碳酸钠用量、固色温度和固色时间等单因素对上染率、固色率的影响,通过正交实验确定了香蕉纤维活性红3BS的优化染色工艺,即活性红3BS 1%(o.w.f.),氯化钠用量55 g/L,碳酸钠用量15 g/L,70℃固色40 min。结果表明,活性红3BS上染香蕉纤维的上染率和固色率分别达到78.78%和61.64%。The dyeing process of banana fiber with Reactive Red 3 BS was studied.The effects of dye concentration, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, temperature and time on the exhaustion and fixation were analyzed.The optimal dyeing process of banana fiber with Reactive Red 3 BS determined by orthogonal experiments were as follows: dye concentration of 1%(o.w.f.),sodium chloride of 55 g/L,sodium carbonate of 12 g/L,and fixing at 70 ℃ for 40 min.Results indicate that the exhaustion and fixation of the dyed banana fiber can be increased to 78.78% and 61.64%,respectively.
