摘  要:本文研究了将逆流连续萃取装置用于脱除氢化苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(HSBC)加氢催化剂的效果,并讨论了萃取剂种类、轻重两相流速比、萃取温度、离心机转数、萃取级数对催化剂金属离子脱除率的影响。结果表明,在萃取液为柠檬酸水溶液(2%wt)、轻重两相流速比为1∶2,萃取温度60℃,离心转速为3 500 r/min,萃取级数为12级的条件下,脱除残留金属催化剂效果最佳。此时胶样中镍含量为9.1 ppm,铝含量为17.7 ppm,镍离子脱除率达到99.9%。The effect of the countercurrent continuous extraction device to remove the residual catalyst from the hydrogenation of the hydrogenated styrene block copolymer was studied in this paper, and the type of extractant, two-phase flow velocity ratio of the light and heavy phases, extraction temperature, centrifugal revolutions and extraction stages on the catalyst metallic ions removal rate were discussed.The results showed that the removal rate of the catalyst metal ion is the best under the conditions of citric acid aqueous solution(2%wt),the two-phase flow rate ratio of 1∶2,the extraction temperature of 60°C,the centrifugal speed of 3500 r/min, and the extraction stage of 12.At this time, with the nickel content of 9.1 ppm and aluminum content of 17.7 ppm, the nickel ions removal rate reached 99.9%.
