摘　　要：针对混酸硝化法制备均三甲苯胺工艺中产生废酸的问题,本文介绍了一种硝化后回收硫酸的清洁处理工艺。均三甲苯经混酸硝化反应后,分离得到的废硫酸经过浓硝酸深度反应后,用1,2-二氯乙烷溶剂萃取出有机杂质,经真空浓缩,硫酸可实现全部循环使用。Aiming at the problem of waste acid produced in the process of preparing 2,4,6-trimethylaniline by mixed acid nitration, a clean treatment process for recovering sulfuric acid after nitration is introduced.After mixed acid nitration of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, the separated waste sulfuric acid is deeply reacted with concentrated nitric acid, and the organic impurities are extracted with 1,2-dichloroethane solvent.After vacuum concentration, the sulfuric acid can be fully recycled.
