摘 要:采用弱酸性艳红B(C.I.酸性红249)模拟染料废水,研究阳离子聚丙烯酰胺改性硅藻土处理酸性染料废水的效果。研究了染料废水的初始浓度、吸附的时间、改性硅藻土的加入量和溶液pH值对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:当染料废水的初始浓度为30 mg/L时,加入45 mg/L的改性硅藻土,将溶液pH值控制在4.5,吸附温度在25℃,吸附时间为150 min时,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺改性硅藻土的去除率可以达到96%以上。吸附后经过再生的改性硅藻土对弱酸性艳红B去除率仍可以达到90%以上。The effect of treating acid-dye waste water by modified diatomite was investigated.The acid-dye waste water was simulated by C.I.Acid Red 249 solution.The effect of initial concentration of C.I.Acid Red 249 waste water, the influence of adsorption time, the inputs of modified diatomite, and pH value on treatment were investigated in detail.The results show that when the initial concentration of acid red dye waste water of 30 mg/L,the input of modified diatomite of 45 mg/L,the adsorption temperature of 25 ℃,the pH value of 4.5,and the adsorption time of 150 min, the removal rate can reach above 96%.After regeneration the adsorption removal rate of modified diatomite can reach above 90%.
