摘　　要：通过分析川渝电网电力平衡现状、调峰存在的问题以及川渝电网联合调峰的可行性,给出川渝省间调峰辅助服务市场的模型,包括目标函数和约束条件,对市场成员、交易流程、交易执行和结算等方面给出了具体方案,算例表明所提模型和方案是有效的。Considering the current power balance situation and the problems existed in the peak regulation in Sichuan-Chongqing power grids,the feasibility of the joint peak regulation is discussed.A model of the ancillary service market for peak regulation between Sichuan and Chongqing power grids is developed,including the objective function and the constraint conditions.Specific schemes of the market members,transaction process,transaction execution and settlement are given.Numerical examples show that the proposed model and schemes are feasible.
