摘  要:风电场汇集线路接地故障发生较多,零序保护拒动时将会扩大停电范围,甚至引发大面积风电脱网事故。基于某电网风电场在2016年至2019年间汇集线路零序保护拒动事故分析,并以两起典型事故作简要说明,针对其暴露出的问题从工程施工验收、设备运行管理、人员培训等三方面提出防范措施,以避免类似事故的发生。Grounding faults of the collection lines occur frequently in wind farms.If the zero-sequence protection fails to operate,the power failure scope will be expanded and even a large area off-grid accident of the wind farm will be caused.The zero-sequence protection operation-failure accidents of the collection lines occurred from 2016 to 2019 in wind farms in a power grid are analyzed,discussed.Prevention measures are then proposed from three aspects of the construction acceptance,equipment operation maintenance and personnel training to avoid the occurrence of similar accidents.
