环氧树脂植筋胶水利工程抗冲磨修复的应用

摘　　要：针对万家寨水利枢纽抗冲磨修复工程工期短,施工任务重,而砂浆锚杆施工工效低的问题,提出了使用环氧树脂植筋胶Araldite Kit 680作为锚杆粘接材料。经现场试验和实际施工效果表明,环氧树脂锚杆施工方便、强度高、施工工效高,显著缩短了工期。The abrasion resistance repair work of Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Project is of short construction schedule and heavy construction workload.Considering the low construction efficiency of the concrete mortar anchor bolt,Araldite Kit 680,an epoxy resin reinforcement adhesive,is adopted as the bonding material of the anchor bolt.Field test and actual construction practice show that the epoxy resin anchor bolt is of advantages such as convenient construction,high construction intensity,and high construction efficiency,which significantly shortens the construction period.
