摘  要:压缩空气系统是水电站的重要辅助设备,当空压机出现故障时会直接影响水轮机组的安全稳定运行。针对该水电站在运行中出现制动空压机在加载过程中频繁报警、运行信号无反馈导致空压机启动失败,经深入分析其低压空压机系统的设计、工作原理及空压机的控制,采取相应措施彻底解决了故障,可供类似问题的解决参考。Compressed air system is important auxiliary equipment of hydropower stations.Faults of the air compressor will directly affect the safe and stable operation of hydro-turbine generator units.During the operation of a hydropower station,several different faults of the brake air compressor are encountered such as frequent alarms during its loading process and startup failure due to no feedback to operation signals.The design,working and control principles of the low pressure air compressor are analyzed in depth.Then,corresponding treatment measures are adopted and the problem is completely solved.It provides useful reference for solving similar problems.
