摘　　要：目的:分析生物—心理—社会护理对乳腺癌患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2020年7月福建省厦门市妇幼保健院收治的114例乳腺癌患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,每组57例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施生物—心理—社会综合护理。观察2组护理前后心理状态、睡眠质量、生命质量、依从性及满意度。结果:治疗后观察组心理情绪更加稳定,睡眠质量更佳,且生命质量、满意度更高,依从性更好(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌患者的临床护理中,应用生物—心理—社会护理的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the influence of biological-psychological-social nursing on negative emotion and sleep quality of breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 114 breast cancer patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiamen from August 2018 to July 2020 was selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,57 cases each.The control group carried out routine nursing,the experimental group carried out biological-psychological-social comprehensive nursing.Psychological state,sleep quality,life quality,compliance and satisfaction were observed before and after nursing.Results:After treatment,the experimental group had more stable psychological mood,better sleep quality,higher quality of life,higher satisfaction and better compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of biological-psychological-social nursing for patients with breast cancer is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
