摘　　要：介绍了关于内燃机外表面用水性涂料的化工行业标准的制定背景、主要内容的确定,并重点介绍了标准制定时的验证试验情况,指出了标准的先进性和贯彻实施的要求及建议。The preparation background and the determination of the main content of chemical industrial standard related to the waterborne coatings for external surface of internal combustion engines are introduced.Moreover,the advancement of the standard and the requirements and recommendations for the implementation of the standard are described in detail.
