摘　　要：介绍了GB/T 5211.14—2021《颜料和体质颜料通用试验方法第14部分:筛余物的测定机械冲洗法》的编制过程,阐述了国家标准编制原则、标准体系和确定国家标准内容,论述了标准修订内容的依据。In this paper,the forming process of GB/T 5211.14—2021 General Test Methods for Pigments and Extenders—Part 14:Determination of Residue on Sieve—Mechanical Washing Method has been introduced.Meanwhile,the forming principle,standard system and determination of national standard content are described.The basis for the revision of the standard content is introduced.
