摘 要:氧气浓度检测是当前气体检测的重点领域,氧传感器信号处理属于微弱信号处理,针对氧传感器探测器出来的微弱信号进行分析,设计改进了一款微弱信号处理电路,经过严格的参数计算、逐级精密放大和滤波,经过仿真测试,电路具有很高的信噪比,实现了微弱信号的精密放大。最后进行了两级测试,首先测试了微弱信号处理电路在氧传感器中的应用,测试误差小,再将此氧传感器应用于氧分析仪中,经过测试,氧分析仪线性误差小于±3%RS,一天的漂移误差约为±2 FS。验证了处理电路的正确性和有效性。Oxygen concentration detection is the key field of gas detection at present,and the signal processing of oxygen sensor belongs to weak signal processing.The weak signal is analyzed from oxygen sensor detector,a weak signal processing circuit is designed and improved,which has a high signal-to-noise ratio after strict parameter calculation,step-by-step precise amplification and filtering,and Precise amplification of weak signals is achieved.At last,two tests are carried out.Firstly,the application of the weak signal processing circuit in the oxygen sensor is tested.The test error is small,and then the oxygen sensor is applied in the oxygen analyzer.After the test,the linear error of the oxygen analyzer is less than±3%RS,and the drift error of one day is about±2 FS.The correctness and validity of the processing circuit are verified.
