摘  要:码头供气站大容量高压气瓶的充气过程大部分都在低压差条件下进行,采用缩放结构对现有的普通充气阀进行了优化设计,并利用CFD软件对不同结构充气阀的充气流量特性进行了瞬态仿真分析,并通过实验验证,结果表明,采用光滑的壁面型线以及更大的面积比可以有效增大低压差条件下充气阀的质量流量,充气时间比普通充气阀缩短了15%到20%。The actual filling process of large capacity high-pressure gas cylinders in the terminal gas supply station is mostly under the condition of low pressure difference.The existing common charging valves are optimized by using the convergent-divergent structure.The transient simulation analysis of the charging flow characteristics of different structures of charging valves is carried out by using CFD software,and the results are verified by experiments,The smooth wall profile and larger area ratio can effectively increase the mass flow of the charging valve under the condition of low pressure difference,and the charging time is 15%to 20%shorter than that of the ordinary charging valve.
