摘  要:压电式喷墨打印技术因其可实现高精度打印而受到越来越多的关注。压电式喷墨打印技术的关键就在于压电式喷墨打印头的压电陶瓷驱动电源,驱动电源输出的驱动脉冲波形决定着喷墨打印产品的质量。因此,为压电式喷墨打印头设计一种精确、稳定的驱动电源,主要介绍了该驱动电源硬件电路的设计,包括基于DDS原理的FPGA逻辑电路和DAC模块、误差放大模块等硬件电路的设计,该驱动电源硬件电路实现了低压激励信号的生成、低压激励信号的线性放大和功率放大。通过脉冲信号放大电路的仿真实验以及驱动电源硬件电路板的实物实验,验证了该驱动电源的输出信号十分精准且稳定,同时验证了该设计可很好驱动压电式喷墨打印喷头使其完成喷墨打印工作。Piezoelectric inkjet printing technology has attracted more and more attention because of its high-precision printing.The key to the piezoelectric inkjet printing technology lies in the piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply of the piezoelectric inkjet print head.The driving pulse waveform output by the driving power supply determines the quality of inkjet printing products.Therefore,an accurate and stable drive power supply is designed for piezoelectric inkjet print heads.The design of the drive power hardware circuit is introduced is designed,including FPGA logic circuit based on DDS principle,DAC module,error amplifier module and other hardware circuits.The design of the drive power supply hardware circuit realizes the generation of low-voltage excitation signal,linear amplification and power amplification of low-voltage excitation signal.Through the simulation experiment of the pulse signal amplifying circuit and the physical experiment of the drive power supply hardware circuit board,it is verified that the output signal of the drive power supply is very accurate and stable.This design can drive the piezoelectric inkjet printing nozzle well to complete the inkjet printing work,and it is verified that the design can drive the piezoelectric inkjet printing nozzle well to complete the inkjet printing work.
