摘　　要：铜绿假单胞菌是一种临床上常见的革兰阴性条件致病菌。铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的形成对抗生素的治疗和宿主的免疫防御具有很强的抵抗力,使得铜绿假单胞菌成为医院慢性感染的主要原因之一。本文就铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的一般特征及干预治疗作一综述,以期为抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜治疗提供参考。Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a clinically common gram-negative conditional pathogenic bacterium.The formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm has strong resistance to antibiotic treatment and host immune defense,making Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the main causes of chronic infection in hospitals.This article reviews the general characteristics and intervention treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm,in order to provide reference for the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm.
