摘　　要：AP1基因家族所编码的蛋白是囊泡运输和蛋白质分选的主要调节因子,在多种疾病中差异表达和突变,尤其与乳腺癌、肝癌和胰腺癌的预后相关。基于此,本文主要对AP1基因家族与恶性肿瘤的关系进行综述,以期明确其在恶性肿瘤中的作用。The protein encoded by AP1 gene family is the main regulator of vesicle trafficking and protein sorting.It is differentially expressed and mutated in various diseases,especially in breast cancer,liver cancer and pancreatic cancer.Based on this,this article reviews the relationship between AP1 gene family and malignant tumors,in order to clarify its role in malignant tumors.
