摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症是一种极具侵袭性、高复发性的慢性疾病,严重影响育龄期女性的生活质量,对患者的生理、心理均产生巨大的危害。该病的治疗一直是临床上的重点和难点。随着医疗事业的进步,临床上对子宫内膜异位症的药物治疗研究取得了一些新进展。本文就目前国内外子宫内膜异位症的常用药物及新兴药物做一综述,并着重阐述选择性孕激素受体调节剂、促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂、芳香化酶抑制剂、抗氧化剂、抗血管生成药物及免疫调节剂等,为该病的药物治疗提供参考。Endometriosis is a highly invasive and recurrent chronic disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of women of childbearing age and causes great harm to the physiology and psychology of patients.The treatment of the disease has always been the focus and difficulty in clinical practice.With the progress of medical treatment,some new progress has been made in the clinical drug treatment of endometriosis.In this paper,we reviewed the commonly used drugs and emerging drugs of endometriosis in China and abroad,and focused on the selective progesterone receptor modulators,gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists,aromatase inhibitors,antioxidants,anti-angiogenic drugs and immune modulators,so as to provide reference for the drug treatment of the disease.
