摘 要:针对短航时水下航行体自主研制了一款基于三轴光纤陀螺的小型惯性测量系统,该系统由1只三轴光纤陀螺和3只石英加速度计组成敏感元件,结构上进行了一体化设计,整机具有减振功能;硬件电路采用以TMS320F28335主处理器为核心电路的方案,阐述了主要电路设计和采用的关键技术,提供主要芯片国产原位替代对照关系。系统具有软件在线升级功能,升级后产品具有初始对准和导航解算功能。通过静态导航试验和车载导航试验表明:该系统在正常传递对准条件下,15 min持续对准航姿精度可达到航向角误差不大于0.5°,俯仰角、横滚角误差不大于0.35°,具有高可靠性和较强的抗冲击、振动能力。A miniaturization measurement system based on three axis fiber optic FOG is developed independently for short voyage underwater vehicle. The system is composed of a three axis fiber optic FOG and three quartz accelerometers,The structure is integrated design, and vibration reduction for the whole system. The hardware circuit uses TMS320 F28335 as the core circuit, describes the main circuit design and the key technology, and provides the domestic replacement in situ for main chips. The system has the function of online software upgrade, and initial alignment and navigation solution. The static navigation test and vehicle-mounted navigation test of prototype show that: under normal transfer alignment condition, the continuous alignment accuracy of 15 min can reach the heading Angle error is less than 0.5°,the pitch angle error and the roll angle error is less than 0.35°. The system has high reliability, strong shock and vibration resistance ability.
