摘 要:为解决机组在减负荷、停运磨组过程中由于煤量假性减少导致机组主蒸汽压力反向上升甚至超压等问题,基于数据统计算法的停磨预判锅炉主控优化方法研究运行人员停磨过程及其规律,抽象组态停磨预判锅炉主控前馈,基于大数据采集与分类、数据统计的计算思想研究停磨预判锅炉主控前馈中变时间参数脉冲功能块的最优脉冲时间,结合主蒸汽压力偏差实时、动态调整前馈量值的幅值及回零速率,综合调节减负荷、停磨过程中主蒸汽压力,保障机组运行参数始终保持在模拟量验收规程要求的优良标准范围内。In order to solve the problem that the main steam pressure of the unit rises in reverse or even overpressure due to the pseudo reduction of coal quantity in the process of load reduction and shutdown of mill group, The boiler main control optimization method of stopping grinding prejudgment based on data statistical algorithm studies the stop-grinding process and its laws of operators, and abstracts the boiler main control feed-forward of stop-grinding prejudgment.
