摘  要:根据反射式光纤传感器的原理设计出了一种不锈钢管封装结构、简易光学冷加工制作的新型反射式塑料光纤一维位移传感器。详细介绍了该反射式光纤一维位移传感器的POF光纤跳线端子、发收一体端、带反射面的金属套筒3个部分的结构设计,并且详细介绍了3个部分的制作方法。采用的是光学设计与光学冷加工方式进行反射式光纤位移传感器设计开发,同时进行了样品制作及测试,结果表明该反射式光纤位移传感器可批量制作且能用于多种数据测量,其应用前景比较好。According to the principle of reflective optical fiber sensor, a new reflective plastic optical fiber one-dimensional displacement sensor made by stainless steel tube packaging structure and simple optical cold processing is designed. The structure design of the POF fiber jumper terminal, the transmitter-receiver integrated end, and the metal sleeve with reflective surface of the reflective optical fiber one-dimensional displacement sensor are introduced in detail, and the manufacturing method of the three parts is introduced in detail.The reflective optical fiber displacement sensor is designed and developed using optical design and optical cold processing methods, and samples are made and tested at the same time. The results show that the reflective optical fiber displacement sensor can be manufactured in batches and can be used for a variety of data measurements, and its application prospects are relatively good.
