摘 要:传统的减压装置吸力较小,导致常出现误吸情况,因此,为提高消化科护理肠胃减压装置的工作效率,设计一个基于单向阀原理的消化科护理肠胃减压装置。首先设计了减压器的装置结构,然后对其中单向阀的阀芯参数与压力范围进行了计算与选择,在此基础上,对阀芯模型构建,最后设置防液压孔,在单向阀减压装置运作初期,设置一小孔道,解决减压装置液压冲击的问题,以此完成了基于单向阀原理的消化科护理肠胃减压装置的设计。实验结果表明,此次研究的基于单向阀原理的消化科护理肠胃减压装置较传统装置工作效率高,并减少了误吸情况,符合设计需求。the suction of traditional decompression device is small, which often leads to aspiration. In order to improve the efficiency of gastrointestinal decompression device in digestive department, a gastrointestinal decompression device based on one-way valve principle is designed. Firstly, the structure of the pressure reducer is analyzed, then the parameters and pressure range of the one-way valve are calculated and selected. On this basis, the valve core model is built, and finally the anti hydraulic hole is set. At the initial stage of the operation of the one-way valve pressure reducing device, a small hole is set to solve the problem of hydraulic impact of the pressure reducing device, In order to complete the design of gastrointestinal decompression device based on the principle of one-way valve. The experimental results show that the digestive nursing gastrointestinal decompression device based on the principle of one-way valve in this study has higher work efficiency than the traditional device, and reduces the situation of aspiration. Compared with the traditional device, which meets the design requirements.
