摘  要:为了研究块状透明材料中应力分布的均匀性,通过偏振干涉检测理论对块状材料内部应力分布进行观测。使用LED白光源经起偏器照射块状材料后,进入检偏器,再使用光电探测器采集特定区域的不同偏振角下的偏振图像,并进行分析其应力分布状态。实验结果表明:在0°~360°范围内旋转检偏器,应力不均匀处,采集到的干涉条纹会移动且会发生亮暗变化;应力分布均匀处,采集到的图像只有灰度值变化。该研究结果为观察材料折射率均匀性应力分布状态及其使用安全性提供了一种简单的判别方法。In order to study the uniformity of stress distribution in bulk transparent materials, the internal stress distribution of bulk materials was observed by polarization interference detection theory. After the white LED light source is used to irradiate the block material through polarizer, the polarizer enters the polarizer, and then the photo detector is used to collect the polarization images under different polarization angles in a specific area. The refractive index distribution map of the material is directly obtained and analyzed, and then the stress distribution state is indirectly reflected. The experimental results show that: when the bias detector is rotated in the range of 0 ° to 360 ° the collected interference fringes will move and change in light and dark when the stress is uneven;only gray value changes in the image collected at the uniform stress distribution. The research results provide a simple method for observing the stress distribution state of the material refractive index uniformity and its use safety.
