摘 要:常规系统采集混凝土试件扫描信号时,数字信号脉冲噪声明显,造成信号幅值不稳定,混凝土抗压强度检测范围较小。提出公路沥青混凝土抗压强度智能检测系统。硬件方面,设计系统总体结构,利用探头超声波扫描混凝土试件,优化采集仪电路连接结构,增益放大超声回波信号;软件方面,设置超声波扫描最优参数,均值滤波处理超声回波信号,消除信号脉冲噪声,归一化数字信号,改善信号幅值成像效果,计算超声波声速值,拟合幅值、声速、抗压强度,确定混凝土试件抗压强度。制作C50、C60强度的混凝土试件,设置对比实验,结果表明,设计系统相比常规系统,扩大了混凝土试件抗压强度检测范围,抗压强度检测上限分别提高了4 MPa、8 MPa。When the conventional system collects the scanning signal of concrete specimen,the pulse noise of digital signal is obvious,resulting in the instability of signal amplitude,and the detection range of concrete compressive strength is small.An intelligent testing system for compressive strength of highway asphalt concrete is proposed.In terms of hardware,the overall structure of the system was designed.The probe was used to scan the concrete specimen with ultrasonic wave,the connection structure of the acquisition instrument was optimized,and the gain amplification of ultrasonic echo signal was performed.In terms of software,the optimal ultrasonic scanning parameters are set,ultrasonic echo signal is processed by mean filtering,signal impulse noise is eliminated,digital signal is normalized,signal amplitude imaging effect is improved,ultrasonic sound velocity value is calculated,the amplitude,sound velocity and compressive strength are fitted,and the compressive strength of concrete specimen is determined.Concrete specimens with C50 and C60 strength were made,and comparative experiments were set up.The results show that compared with the conventional system,the compressive strength detection range of the designed system is expanded,and the upper limit of the compressive strength detection is increased by 4MPa and 8 MPa respectively.
