摘　　要：综合前期获取的研究成果与理论,设计联影DR摄影系统间歇性报错故障监测方法。设计的故障监测平台由信号采集模块、信号处理模块、间歇性报错故障监测模块构成。其中信号采集模块能实现联影DR摄影系统间歇性报错故障信号的采集,具体由传感器、数据采集卡、计算机等设备构成。信号处理模块主要通过模/数转换装置即A/D转换器与数字信号处理器实现信号的数字化处理。在间歇性报错故障监测模块中,通过远程监测程序实现间歇性报错故障的监测。选择的远程监测程序为LabVIEW,该程序与数据采集卡相配合可实现间歇性报错故障信号的实时监测。针对两种间歇性报错故障对该平台进行性能测试,测试结果证明该平台的信号采集精度与监测稳定性均高于现有方法,能解决当前应用方法中存在的问题。Based on the research results and theories obtained in the early stage, the intermittent error monitoring method of the United Imaging DR camera system is designed. The fault monitoring platform designed in this paper consists of a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, and an intermittent error fault monitoring module. Among them, the signal acquisition module can realize the collection of intermittent error signal of the United Imaging DR camera system, which is specifically composed of sensors, data acquisition cards, computers and other equipment. The signal processing module mainly realizes the digital processing of the signal through an analog/digital conversion device, that is, an A/D converter and a digital signal processor. In the intermittent error fault monitoring module, the monitoring of the intermittent error fault is realized through the remote monitoring program. The selected remote monitoring program is LabVIEW, which cooperates with the data acquisition card to realize the real-time monitoring of intermittent error signals. The performance of the platform is tested for two intermittent error reporting failures. The test results prove that the signal acquisition accuracy and monitoring stability of the platform are higher than the existing methods, which can solve the problems existing in the current application methods.
