摘　　要：目的探究308 nm准分子光联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4—8月本院门诊收治的89例掌跖脓疱病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=30)、对照1组(n=29)及对照2组(n=30)。治疗组给予308 nm准分子光联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗,对照1组给予308 nm准分子治疗,对照2组给予丙酸氟替卡松治疗。比较3组治疗前后PASI积分方法(PPPASI)评分、临床疗效、照射次数、照射强度、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果治疗前,3组PPPASI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4、8周后,3组PPPASI评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、8周后,治疗组PPPASI评分均低于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率均高于对照1组与对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组照射次数少于对照1组,照射强度小于对照1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照1组,对照2组不良反应发生率低于对照1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗组复发率显著低于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论308 nm准分子光联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗掌跖脓疱病效果显著,起效快且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm monochromatic excimer light combined with fluticasone propio-nate cream in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods 89 patients with palmoplantar pustulosis admitted to the Outpatient Department of our hospital from April to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into treatment group(n=30),control group 1(n=29)and control group 2(n=30).The treatment group was given 308 nm monochromatic excimer light combined with fluticasone propionate cream,the control group 1 was given 308 nm monochromatic excimer light treatment,and the control group 2 was given fluticasone propionate treatment.The PASI scores method(PPPASI)scores,clinical efficacy,irradiation times,irradiation intensity,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared among three groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PPPASI scores among the three groups;after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PPPASI scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PPPASI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the con-trol group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of expo-sures in the treatment group was less than that of the control group 1,and the irradiation intensity was less than that of the control group 1,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group 1,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group 2 was lower than that in the control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical
